We are only too aware that the impact of relationship breakdown extends beyond the merely financial. Where children are involved, most couples agree that the children’s needs should take priority but many find it difficult to agree what those needs are.
We advise on issues such as parental responsibility, disputes over residence or contact with the children, as well as specific issues such as schooling, medical treatment and religion. Often we are asked to advise on leave to remove applications, where one party wishes to move abroad (or elsewhere within the jurisdiction) with the children.
"Sinclair Gibson understands its clients' unique requirements and circumstances and is able to tailor its advice. This is mainly due to the team's knowledge of the wider legal and tax system."
