Oliver is a solicitor in Sinclair Gibson’s Private Client Department. He assists private individuals in relation to their wealth and succession planning, including tax mitigation, both during life and on death, and has experience in drafting relevant deeds, testamentary documents and lasting powers of attorney. He also assists trustees in relation to the administration and management of new and existing trust structures, including with applications concerning the trust to the High Court. During his time at the firm Oliver has also gained experience assisting on a wide-range of contentious matters, including litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Court of Protection.
Oliver joined the firm in April 2015 and qualified as a solicitor following the completion of his training contract in January 2019.
Oliver graduated from St Hugh’s College, Oxford with a degree in Jurisprudence before completing the Legal Practice course at The University of Law where he obtained a Distinction.
