Katie is a solicitor in Sinclair Gibson’s Private Client department. Katie advises on a broad range of private client issues including wills, trusts, estate and succession planning.
Katie joined the firm as a trainee in February 2016, and qualified as a private client solicitor in February 2018.
Katie graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in law. Katie completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law where she obtained a distinction, and furthered her studies by obtaining a masters in Professional Legal Practice.
Katie is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and is currently working towards the STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates.

Charitable Trust - advising on the establishment and registration of a new charity with the Charity Commission.
Winding up multiple family trusts - co-ordinating the winding up of multiple family trusts.
HMRC enquiry - advising a client in relation to HMRC’s enquiry into her personal tax affairs.
