Elizabeth specialises in private client trust and tax law. Much of her work involves advising UK-domiciled and international clients on relevant aspects of wealth and succession planning, often in the context of complex dynastic trust structures and landed estates.
Elizabeth regularly advises on the preparation of wills, supplementary testamentary documents and lasting powers of attorney and has experience advising on the creation and administration of both domestic and offshore trusts as well as associated tax issues.
Elizabeth joined the firm in 2013 as a paralegal in the litigation team, having previously worked as a paralegal at a boutique family law firm.
She began her training contract at the firm in February 2014 and completed seats in both the family department and on secondment to a West End specialist property firm. Elizabeth completed her final seat as a trainee solicitor, and second consecutive seat in the private client department, in February 2016 before joining the department as a qualified solicitor.
