Our family senior associate, Darren Hark, participated in a panel discussion at the third annual ThoughtLeaders4 High Net worth Divorce Next Gen Summit Conference in [London] last week. Darren was joined by family law peers to discuss ‘Navigating conduct and its impact on proceedings and settlements’. The lively panel discussion considered how conduct is factored into divorce settlements, particularly in relation to financial misconduct, the relevance of personal behaviour vs. financial behaviour in high net worth divorces, and strategies for presenting or defending against allegations of misconduct.
