Sinclair Gibson are pleased to announce that Edward Cain has joined Sinclair Gibson as a Consultant. Edward specialises in domestic and international private client work, ensuring that his clients have seamless access to tax, litigation, family and related legal resources when required to meet their needs.
Edward started his legal career in 1992 at Simmons & Simmons working in London, Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong. In 1998 he joined JP Morgan as general counsel to the private banking and asset management businesses in EMEA; he went on to serve as head of the Wealth Advisory business for JP Morgan Private Bank in South East Asia and London, before founding Charles Mia in 2004. He advises many prominent families and family offices on their global activities and sits on the board of a number of private charities. He holds a degree in Law from the University of Warwick and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Hong Kong (non practicing).
